1. Vehicle does not comply with ADR 61/02 clause 9.1.1.2. Provision is made for mounting a registration plate to be affixed to the front of the vehicle at an angle of 18 degrees to a plane parallel to the front axle.
This non-compliance is minor and inconsequential.
