THIS APPROVAL WILL REMAIN IN FORCE UNTIL THE END OF THE TRANSITIONAL PERIOD AS DEFINED IN THE ROAD VEHICLE STANDARDS (CONSEQUENTIAL AND TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS) ACT 2018.

Minor and Inconsequential Non- Compliance approved by the Administrator on 3 July 2019 for ADR 81/02 considering WLTP Test Procedures are more stringent than UNECE Regulation and figures derived have been verified against NEDC tests previously conducted.

These non-compliances for ADR 81/02 are considered to be minor and inconsequential.
