Desktop Eforms (Informed Filler) version 4.2 is available by logging in here. You must be registered as a Licensee to obtain a copy of Desktop Eforms

You have the option to download all form templates or select individual templates or forms as required.

All Forms Templates: Download the self executing file , forms.exe and save it to a temporary directory. Close any other applications, then open and execute forms.exe.

When prompted, specify the drive where Informed Filler is installed.

For example, if Informed Filler is installed in the C:\Informed directory, you only specify C:\, or if Informed Filler is installed in the C:\ProgramFiles\Informed directory, you specify C:\ProgramFiles\ - do not enter the Informed part of the directory.

Individual Form Templates or Forms: To download a form template, click on the name of the form template below, and save it to the Informed\Template directory.

Form Control Documents: These are the documents used by VSS to record changes made to forms. To view the control document for a form template, click on the change date next to the form template below.

Problems with forms: If you are experiencing a problem with the latest revision of a form, you can report the fault by emailing us. Go to the Form Problems Page.
