The vehicle categories are in the column cell Hide_VeclCategories, the upper value for the MLTM is in Hide_MLTMHighBoundValues, and the lower value for the MLTM is in Hide_MLTMLowBoundValues. Hide_MLTMHighBound, and Hide_MLTMLowBound reference these cells to calculate the appropriate upper and lower boundaries.
